good breakfast spacious room helpful shuttles open door average food limited options
The buffet had good options for breakfast. The omelettes were freshly made and very tasty. The room was spacious and tidy. The shuttles they have are very helpful and a trip to Carlisle Bay is a must.
The room was open for hours. I filled out an incident report, but I never received a copy.

dismissive supervisor inattentive housekeeping
i was frustrated with the housekeeping. despite the hotel not being at full capacity, i had to call repeatedly for towels. supervisor shanice was dismissive and offered no real help. this level of inattentiveness is just not acceptable!!!

delicious dishes convenient self-service peaceful escape
I really enjoyed the food!!! The Castle View Restaurant was superb. The dishes were delicious. The self-service options proved so convenient!!! I could easily grab water, sandwiches, fruit, and sweets. The resort's location was ideal for a peaceful escape. It was not downtown but close enough.
The gym wasn't operational, but I understand the hotel recently opened.
